When you request a quote through our website, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, details about your bike and the bars you want, and your message. If you text, call, or message us through Google Search or Maps, we receive your phone number and the content of the conversation. If you become a customer, we also keep the records needed to do the work and invoice you.
We use your information to answer your questions, prepare a quote, schedule and perform the work, and follow up about that work. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf.
If you message us through Google Search or Maps, your conversation may be answered first by an automated assistant. It hands anything it cannot answer to a person, and you can ask for a person at any time. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. You can stop messaging at any time by closing the conversation.
We keep quote requests and conversations for as long as needed to serve you and as required for business and tax records, then delete them.
You can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing info@tailoredmoto.com. We will honor the request unless we are required to keep the record for tax or legal purposes.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
