Tailored Moto LLC is an Ohio limited liability company that fits and installs handlebars, risers, cables, lines, and related controls on motorcycles. These terms apply to our website, to messages exchanged with us, and to any work we perform for you.
Every job starts with a written quote. Prices shown on the website are starting points, not commitments. A quote becomes firm only once it is confirmed in writing by a person at Tailored Moto after we know the bike, the bars, and the parts involved. If something unexpected comes up during the work, we stop and talk to you before any additional cost is incurred.
You confirm that you own the motorcycle or are authorized to have work done on it. You are responsible for parts you supply. If a customer-supplied part is defective, incompatible, or unsafe, we will tell you, and labor spent discovering that is still billable. We will not install anything we believe is unsafe.
Work is done to the manufacturer's torque specifications and tested before the bike is returned. If anything we touched is not right, bring it back and we will make it right at no charge. This does not cover wear, damage from accidents or misuse, or work done by someone else afterward.
Payment is due when the work is complete, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Ohio sales tax is added to parts and labor as required by law. A bike will not be released until the balance is paid.
If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as you can. Parts ordered specifically for your job are non-refundable once ordered.
You can reach us by phone, text, email, the website form, or messaging through Google Search and Maps. Messages through Google may be answered first by an automated assistant acting on our behalf. It will hand off anything it cannot answer, and you can ask for a person at any time. Nothing an automated assistant says is a firm quote or a confirmed appointment until a person confirms it. Standard carrier rates may apply.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our work is limited to the amount you paid us for that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of use of the motorcycle.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Summit County, Ohio.
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
